Tam has been amazing to deal with, he was friendly and extremely helpful. He made the whole process of exchanging our vehicle, as seamless as possible. His knowledge of the industry is 2nd to none.. We rang him last Wednesday to discuss EV’s and this week with drove away in our new car, (well 2nd hand) a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. We have never ventured away from the standard fuel cars .. we are retired seniors, and had a fear of the ‘unknown’ We have bought a few cars from John Hughes and the trip from Mandurah is well worth the effort. Yesterday I picked up my new 2026 MG3 Vibe from John Hughes Rockingham after trading in my 2019 MG3 and was very impressed not only with Vince the salesman who was fantastic I was able to get a good trade price and the car was ready in about 2 weeks as I wanted a special colour the pickup went smoothly and the hand over was really good and on my way home and after about an hour driving I had to send him a message to say wow this car is fantastic to drive it’s definitely 100% improvement on the old model I was very happy with the old car but I am so glade I upgraded . So if your looking for a great car with great service ask for Vince at Rockingham you want go wrong
